My wife ordered the Chocolate Cherry bars the other day, and they have quickly become my favorite. They taste great and provide me with a ton of energy. Most health bar type foods don't taste great, but kind bars don't have any weird taste or texture they are only made from real foods and they taste delicious.

Kind bars are absolutely my favorite. Everyone in my family takes one or two with them as a snack for the day, and we love all of the different flavors. If you are a big fan of almonds like me they have so many delicious flavors like chocolate drizzled almond. The best part about kind bars is that they are not unhealthy like candy bars, but they still taste great.

KIND Bar Ingredients

Real Food: All KIND products are made from high-quality ingredients that are both tasty and healthy.

KIND Bars are not overly processed: Each bar contains ingredients that are easily pronounced and recognized.

No High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS): HFCS has shown to increase the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Plus, HFCS provides no nutritional value, so if your counting calories, you get nothing out of eating foods with HFCS only the calories. Avoiding HFCS and sugar can be an effective way to improve your health.

Loaded with Nuts and Seeds: Although nuts and seeds are high in energy and fats, eating nuts is not associated with weight gain. In fact, based on large population studies, higher nut intake is associated with lower body weight. Nuts and seeds contain unsaturated fats and other nutrients that provide protective effects against heart disease. Nuts are a good source of healthy fats such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. This combination makes them heart-healthy because these fatty acids help to reduce a persons LDL (Bad) cholesterol. LDL cholesterol can contribute to the build-up of plaque inside the arteries, which causes them to become narrow (a process known as atherosclerosis) and can lead to coronary heart disease.

Besides reducing LDL cholesterol, nuts also help to maintain healthy blood vessels and blood pressure through their arginine content, and reduce inflammation in the body through their high antioxidant content.

Kind bars are the perfect post workout snack. After a long workout they give me a little boost, and they taste so good too. I am a big fan of the almond coconut flavor, and I love that the ingredients in kind bars are all natural. I don't have to worry about any weird artificial stuff in my food like with most other power bars.

Snacks that Will HELP Not Hurt Your Progress

When dieting and trying to lose weight, having snacks that help you achieve your goals is essential. It’s just as easy to have healthy snacks like KIND Bars in the house as it is to have less nutritious ones. Some Pantry Favorites from our users are the Roasted Jalapeno, Cranberry Almond, and the Raspberry Cashew Chia bars.

Add Some Fruit to Your Diet.

KIND Bars are made with 100% whole fruit. Sometimes having a piece of fruit in your bag can be an inconvenience, especially if that fruit gets crushed. The producers of KIND Bars have elevated that problem by providing bars that are 100% Whole Fruit and contain a minimal amount of ingredients. It’s a quick and easy way to add some fruit to your diet. Some of our favorites are Mango Apple Chia and Dark Chocolate Strawberry.

Regular consumption of nuts and seeds like the ones found in KIND Bars can be an excellent source of protein, fat, iron, zinc, and niacin for anyone who avoids animal products in their diet. They make an excellent substitute for meats, fish, and eggs.

A variety of nuts and seeds should be included in a healthy diet. As different types of nuts have slight differences in their vitamin and mineral content, eating a variety of nuts will increase your levels of various nutrients.

So, instead of grabbing that piece of cake or cookie as a snack, try having a KIND Bar. Combining a KIND Bar with fruits and vegetables is an excellent way to enhance someone’s diet.

I eat these bars all the time. I like the taste, and I think the texture is great. It's not like eating one of those other candy bar type bars. You actually know the ingredients on the label and can pronounce them.
