Acer has been a giant in the industry of affordable laptops for some time. They have consistently come out with high-quality laptops and computers at a low price. The Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop is no exception. With its sleek design, it looks and feels like a far more expensive laptop, but still maintains all of the connectivity anyone would want with ethernet, three USB 3.1s, USB 2.0, and an HDMI port. The 15.6 Inch display is bright and LED-backlit, which provides an excellent screen experience. With up to 9.5 hours of battery life, the Aspire 5 Slim Laptop will give you the power you need on the go.

The Aspire comes with Windows 10 preloaded. In the ever-expanding world of cybersecurity and safety, the laptop also comes with a fingerprint reader to ensure that you are the only one getting into all your information. With its full display, extensive connectivity, and vastly improved Acer TrueHarmony sound system, the Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop is perfect for pretty much anyone. It’s a simple, well-designed, and effective laptop that comes in at a mere $450.

Dell remains one of the most recognizable names in the computer world. Dell has been at the forefront of the computing industry for years and has consistently offered a wide variety of laptops and PCs at a wide range of prices. The Dell Inspiron 5570 Flagship Laptop is a testament to their ability to create a great computer at a reasonable price point. The 15.6 Inch Anti-Glare screen is backlit and provides a remarkably sharp display. Even outside or in bright light, the picture quality was crisp and clean. A backlit keyboard also allows the user to type in a darker environment.

The latest Intel Core I Processor provides exceptional power for the Dell Inspiron 5570. The system also becomes more responsive due to the 256 SSD and seismic storage that allows you to have a cleaner computing experience. With Bluetooth, a fingerprint reader, and all-day battery life as standard equipment, this laptop packs a punch for just under $600. Dell is one of the most trusted names in computing, and their Flagship Inspiron Laptop is a great indicator as to why that is.

Lenovo is a Chinese technology company that has been around for 30 years. They have come into some massive growth in the past decade, mostly due to their affordable and versatile laptops. After acquiring the “ThinkPad” and “IdeaPad” family from the old IBM monikers, they moved on to their Flex series, which utilizes a 2 in 1 design allowing the computer to be used as a laptop or a tablet. Powered by their AMD Ryzen processor, the Flex 14 provides amazing visuals and incredibly fast speeds. 4K visuals come through cleanly utilizing Radeon Vega Graphics and the fast processing speeds.

The tablet function on the Lenovo Flex works just as well as the standard set up. Utilizing a stylus (the pen is included with the purchase) or just your finger, you can quickly swipe through all the content you wish. With 10 hours of battery life, this slim design computer can get you through the day without a problem. Lenovo also provides the user with a true block privacy shutter that allows you to close your webcam when it is not in use. If you are looking for an excellent 2 in 1 computer, the Lenovo Flex is a great option at only around $540.

I LOVE the Lenovo Flex for travel and working on the go. The easy 2 in 1 design is wonderful when I just want to use my computer as a tablet for reading or watching video.

Finally, the only non-Windows computer on the list. Chromebooks have become increasingly popular in the past 5 years or so, mainly due to their price point, incredible speeds, and overall assurance on virus protection. As opposed to running Windows, Chromebooks run Chrome OS, a Linux based ioS, which does most of its work in the cloud. The bare-bones operating system, along with Chromebooks seamless integration with everything Google makes these computers great for anyone who uses Gmail, Google, or Drive regularly. Combine that with the Industry powerhouse Hewart Packard, and you get what might be the best Chromebook on the market for only a little over $400.

The HP Chromebook x360 is wildly fast and has touch screen capabilities. All of its hardware is flawless, and the computer looks and feels far more expensive. Although Chromebooks are limited in what they can do, for most people, they are capable of doing everything you would need. If you’re willing to leave the world of Windows, this Chromebook is an excellent option at such a low price.

With so many laptops to choose from, it can feel overwhelming. All four of these companies have set high standards for the quality that they produce. There is no reason to spend 2000 dollars on a Macbook if you can get the same quality, design, output, and performance out of something else. Whatever your needs may be, you can find a laptop that will work for you in the ones we have chosen. Follow the link to RealReviews.org to read about today’s hottest technology.

I was very skeptical about chromebooks, but after taking the plunge with the HP x360 I am so glad I took a chance! Super fast, super light, and super easy to use.

Having a laptop in this day and age is almost as important as having a cell phone. The amount of work we can do on the go or from the comfort of our own homes is amazing. Computers also connect us to our friends and relatives, help us with our creative endeavors, assist us through our schooling, and so many other things. We live in a connected world, and having a good laptop makes your life easier. But with so many laptops available, how do you choose? With prices ranging from a couple of hundreds into the thousands of dollars, it can be a daunting task. Here are 4 different laptops from 4 of the most popular computer companies that are sure to fit into your lifestyle, and your budget.

5 Features Our Reviewers Considered Before Purchasing their Laptops

1-Brand

A laptop is only as good as the company standing behind it. Our Reviewers listed brand as one of the top reasons for picking a laptop. The more prominent names can offer more support to consumers. They are also able to give you more bang for your buck.

2-Screen Size

Before you look at specs, decide on how big you would like the screen to be. Laptops start at 11 inches, which are the thinnest and lightest option. When you start getting into the realm of 17-18 inches, the laptops are not only bigger, but the price tag is also more significant.

3-Purpose

What is the purpose of the laptop? Do you plan on using it for gaming and HD videos, then you probably want a bigger screen and processing speed? If you intend to use it for everyday activities, purchasing a model at a lower price point will work well.

4-Battery Life

Our reviewers noted that having a laptop with at least 7 hours of working time was sufficient for them, noting that anything over the 8-hour window was ideal.

5-To Touchscreen or Not

This feature is really dependent on the user. We at RealReviews find that either people love the touchscreen and use it all the time, or they can’t stand it. Fortunately, most laptops come with the option to turn the touchscreen on and off.
