RealReviews Terms of Use

These terms explain the current rules for using RealReviews, submitting content, and using quote or service-request features.

Use of the site

Use RealReviews lawfully. Do not submit false, defamatory, private, harassing, promotional, infringing, deceptive, automated, or non-genuine content, and do not attempt to interfere with site security or other users.

Reviews

By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience and that you have the right to share it. Reviews may be moderated, limited, rejected, edited for formatting, or removed for policy or legal reasons.

Business profiles and editorial content

Business and national-offer profiles may include business details, ratings, review counts, user reviews, sourced updates, editorial scores, comparisons, and correction requests. RealReviews does not invent ratings, review counts, licenses, verification claims, approvals, prices, or customer outcomes. Sources can change, and users must verify material facts and live contract terms directly.

Quote and service requests

Submitting a quote, booking, service, or business-financing request authorizes RealReviews to record and process it under the disclosure and consent shown with that form. Where the form says so, RealReviews may share the request with selected providers or financing partners and RealReviews or those selected partners may contact the requester about it.

A recorded request is not confirmation that it has been delivered or accepted. RealReviews does not guarantee a response, appointment, availability, eligibility, approval, rate, price, contract, funding, service quality, or outcome. A provider or financing partner independently decides whether to contact the requester, request additional information, provide an offer, and set or service its terms.

Business-financing boundary

RealReviews is not a bank, lender, credit union, broker-dealer, law firm, accounting firm, or the funder of offers described in editorial profiles. RealReviews does not make credit or underwriting decisions. Merchant cash advances and sales-based financing can involve frequent debits, substantial total cost, guaranties, security interests, reconciliation duties, and default remedies. Review the complete written agreement, state disclosures, provider identity, data-sharing terms, and alternatives before accepting.

Compensation and editorial independence

RealReviews may develop referral, lead, advertising, affiliate, subscription, or business-tool relationships where clearly disclosed. Compensation cannot buy a higher editorial score, favorable verdict, preferred evidence treatment, removal of a legitimate warning, or deletion of a genuine negative review. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a provider placement or customer outcome.

No paid removal

Businesses may claim profiles, correct facts, respond, or purchase clearly labeled tools or placement. They cannot pay to remove legitimate negative reviews or accurate sourced criticism.

No professional advice

Information on RealReviews is for research and general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, credit, underwriting, or other professional advice. Verify licensing, insurance, pricing, warranties, privacy practices, disclosures, and contract terms directly and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
